1. How These Terms Become Part of Your Order

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through Voyarionelle and explain the arrangements that apply from product selection through delivery and, where relevant, return or refund. Voyarionelle operates exclusively within Hong Kong and accepts orders only for Hong Kong delivery addresses.

By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms together with the product information and our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Please review the relevant information before ordering.

2. Selecting Your Dress

Our website provides product descriptions, images, prices, available sizes, and other information intended to help customers understand each dress before ordering.

Product images represent the relevant item, although color appearance can vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, and display characteristics.

Availability may change as orders are received. If an ordered item becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be supplied, we may contact you using the information submitted with your order.

Every product description includes an appropriate size guide. Customers are encouraged to compare their measurements with this information before choosing a size because fit can vary between dress designs.

3. Your Order Must Stay Within Hong Kong

Voyarionelle sells and delivers exclusively within Hong Kong. Orders requiring delivery outside Hong Kong are not accepted.

Customers must provide accurate recipient, contact, and Hong Kong delivery information. Incorrect or incomplete details may prevent or delay delivery.

There is no delivery charge for accepted orders. We do not impose a separate standard shipping or handling fee.

4. What Happens Between Ordering and Delivery

The first 1 business day is generally used to prepare an order for dispatch. During this period, we conduct an internal inspection of the dress and prepare appropriate packaging.

Once dispatched, delivery generally requires another 1–2 business days. The complete estimated delivery period is therefore 2–3 business days within Hong Kong.

Business days exclude weekends and Hong Kong public holidays.

These periods are estimates. Severe weather, transportation interruption, restricted access, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control can occasionally affect the expected timeline.

5. Payment Takes Place at Delivery

Voyarionelle operates entirely through Cash on Delivery. No online card payment or advance payment is required or accepted through our standard website ordering process.

The full purchase amount must be paid in cash when the dress reaches the customer's doorstep. Customers should therefore have the required amount available when receiving their order.

There is no additional Cash on Delivery fee. Free delivery also means that no standard shipping charge is added to the stated order amount.

6. When an Order Can Still Be Cancelled

An order can be cancelled only while it has not been dispatched.

If you wish to cancel, contact outfit@voyarionelle.com promptly with enough information for us to identify the order.

Once dispatch has taken place, cancellation is no longer available. However, this does not prevent a customer from requesting an eligible return after delivery or exercising rights available under applicable Hong Kong law.

7. Our 30-Day Return Route

Voyarionelle provides a 30-day return period beginning on the delivery date. The customer must submit the return request within this period.

Our standard voluntary return process applies when:

  • a dress is delivered damaged or defective;
  • the item received is different from the item ordered; or
  • the delivered size does not fit.

Returns for a general change of preference or reasons outside these circumstances are not accepted under our standard policy. This does not restrict any statutory solution that must be provided under applicable law.

A returned dress must remain unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Reasonable handling to determine fit or identify a problem does not mean that a customer may wear, wash, alter, or otherwise use the dress before returning it.

8. We Handle the Collection

After a return request is reviewed and accepted, customers do not need to arrange return transportation themselves.

Voyarionelle will organize doorstep collection from the relevant Hong Kong address. A convenient collection date and time will be coordinated with the customer.

No collection charge, return delivery fee, or restocking fee applies to an eligible return.

Once the returned dress reaches us, we take approximately 1 working day to inspect the item and confirm the applicable resolution.

9. Replacement or Refund

An eligible customer may request a replacement, subject to stock availability.

Replacement orders follow the same fulfillment timeline as original orders: approximately 1 business day for inspection, packaging, and dispatch followed by approximately 1–2 business days for delivery. Replacement delivery is free.

Where a refund is selected or applicable, payment is made by bank transfer because the original order was paid for in cash.

We will request the necessary bank details through email. Customers should provide fiscal information cautiously and ensure that the submitted details are accurate.

Voyarionelle initiates the transfer within 1 working day after receiving the required bank details. The amount may then take approximately 7–9 business days to appear in the customer's account depending on the bank's processing arrangements.

No restocking, collection, or refund-processing fee is deducted from an eligible refund.

10. Personal Information Used During Your Purchase

Processing an order requires certain personal information, which may include a customer's name, contact details, Hong Kong delivery address, order information, correspondence, and return details. Bank information is requested where required to complete an eligible refund.

Voyarionelle handles personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Hong Kong requirements, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), commonly known as the PDPO.

The PDPO establishes Hong Kong's principal personal data protection framework. Its Data Protection Principles address areas including the purpose and manner of collection, accuracy and retention, use, security, openness, and individual access and correction.

Information provided to us should be accurate. Personal data is used for the purposes for which it was collected or directly related purposes, except where another use is permitted under applicable law or the necessary consent has been obtained.

11. Product Representations and Fair Trading

The information displayed before purchase forms an important part of the shopping experience. Voyarionelle seeks to describe its dresses, prices, sizing information, and ordering arrangements accurately.

The Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) is an important part of Hong Kong's consumer protection framework and addresses prohibited trade practices, including false trade descriptions and specified misrepresenting commercial practices.

Nothing in these Terms permits Voyarionelle to make representations or conduct its business in a manner prohibited by applicable legislation.

12. The Legal Standards Applicable to Goods

Purchases are also subject to the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) where applicable. This legislation contains requirements relevant to contracts for the sale of goods, including statutory conditions concerning matters such as correspondence with description and applicable standards relating to quality and fitness for purpose.

Our voluntary return arrangements operate alongside these legal protections rather than replacing them.

The Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) also regulates the extent to which contractual terms can exclude or restrict particular liabilities.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Fairness of Contractual Terms

The Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458) provides an additional part of Hong Kong's consumer contract framework and gives courts powers concerning contracts or contractual provisions that are found to be unconscionable under the applicable legal standards.

Accordingly, these Terms should not be interpreted as overriding mandatory consumer protections.

If any provision conflicts with a right or obligation that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, the applicable Hong Kong law takes precedence.

14. Responsible Website Use

Customers must not deliberately interfere with our website, attempt unwanted system access, impersonate another person, submit knowingly false order information, or use the ordering process for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Where we reasonably identify fraudulent activity, deliberate misuse, or materially false information before dispatch, Voyarionelle may decline or cancel the affected order where legally permitted.

15. When Circumstances Are Outside Our Control

Events such as severe weather, transportation disruption, infrastructure interruption, government restrictions, or similar circumstances can occasionally affect normal fulfillment.

Where this happens, we will manage affected orders reasonably. Nothing in this section removes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.

If any individual provision within these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.

16. Hong Kong Law and Contact

These Terms and purchases made through Voyarionelle are governed by applicable laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Relevant legislation may include the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458), and Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

These Terms do not exclude or restrict statutory consumer or privacy rights where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by law.
